I swear, I'm really good at taking naps

I just want everyone to know that I fell asleep at 11:17pm, because I was exceedingly fatigued. This is fairly groundbreaking for me as someone who normally is up until at least 1:30 in the morning. I get this sleeping ability/disorder from my father.

Anyway, going to bed early tonight only enabled me to sleep 6 hours like I normally do. I woke up at 5:30 in the AM and couldn't fall back to sleep. Ironically, the study of sleep was one of the subjects of Neuroscience I found most intriguing as an undergraduate at BYU. Sleep has much to do with the ability of the body to grow, and the brain to remember. Clearly if I were more normal with sleeping, I'd be taller and I'd be able to remember awesome things like calculus and what bark was made out of....

In other news, dental school makes you neurotic about your mouth. You study the perfect alignment of teeth and the perfect makeup of gum tissue for years as you realize that your mouth is eons away from ideal. In the past year, I've realized that I have an overbite that is slowly destroying my front teeth, a lack of healthy gum tissue that I lost when I had braces before and some rotated/supererupted/overly worn teeth. Yikes. Most people wouldn't think I had many problems because they are mostly straight/white teeth. Oh well. Just expect to see me in braces in the next couple months people. I can't escape it, because I don't want crowns all over my mouth at this point in my life. Feel free to ask me any dental questions you might have. I'm happy to help, and when I don't know, then I get to learn and get back to you too. Keep on rockin'

Okay, I’ve a question. What’s the difference between protruding and detruding and which, if either, can be combined with retruding. And, of these, which is the most perturbing or likely to predure? Also, can you trued up your teeth if you've chewed up your gums?
